Specifications standing oil tank
Vertical petroleum storage tank is designed and manufactured by Hong Chau Company according to modern advanced technology, applied according to ASME - Section VIII - Division 1 standards, TCVN 8366: 2010; 7704:2007 and applied the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015
Manufacturing features:
– All kinds of corrugated iron tanks over 8mm thick are welded on both sides, inside and outside have a protective layer on the system of welding machines, modern hydraulic rollers, according to advanced technology of G7 developed countries. .
– All welds are performed by welders with expertise in 5G and 6G pressure welding (TCXDVN 314:2005).
– During the manufacturing process, there is strict supervision by KCS and inspection staff for the safety of pressure equipment.
– All welds are ultrasonically tested and sealed by penetrant method
